This information is essential for making the payment in this way.

To avoid having to provide this information repeatedly with each order, you can register on our website. This way, you will be given a password (which you can customize) associated to your email, with which you will be able to enter your reserved area on our website and order products more easily.

The data collected is used only for the purposes of confirmation, order dispatch and request for additional information and/or provision of clarifications relating to the same.

Access to Customers’ personal information is limited to employees who have a legitimate need to come into contact with that information in order to provide services to the Customer in the performance of their duties.

In addition, third parties who, as part of the provision of services, process Customers’ personal data on behalf of Liv’in, are obliged in writing to implement appropriate technical and security measures that, at all times, meet the requirements set out in current legislation and ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject (in particular, the protection of privacy and personal data of Customers).

Thus, any entity subcontracted by Liv’in will process the personal data of our customers, on behalf of Liv’in and adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or illicit destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access, and against any other form of illicit processing. In any case, Liv’in remains responsible for the personal data made available to it.

Notwithstanding the security measures adopted by Liv’in, we warn all those who browse the internet that they should adopt additional security measures, namely to ensure that they use a PC and a browser that are up to date in terms of security patches, properly configured, with an active firewall, antivirus and anti-spyware, and to ensure the authenticity of the sites they visit on the internet, avoiding websites whose reputation they do not trust.

Such changes will take effect as of the day of its publication and only on personal information collected after the publication of the revised version.
