01 · Turnkey

The people who draw it also build it

On a normal renovation you hire an architect, then a designer, then a builder. And then you spend months in the middle, explaining to each one what the last one decided. Project 360 is the same team from start to finish, turnkey in the real sense of the word. We draw it, we build it, and we hand over a house ready to move in. The photographs on this page are of a holiday apartment in Cascais that we rebuilt as a family home.

“The biggest challenge of this project was taking a space designed for holiday stays and turning it into a cozy family home.” Liv'in atelier

We start by asking

Before we draw anything, we want to know what time you get up, who does the cooking, and how many people sit down to lunch on a Sunday. That is what settles the plan, not the architect's taste.

72° to 144° · Drawings

It only moves with your approval

Layout, light and circulation. You see the plans, the elevations and the 3D views before we touch a wall.

144° to 216° · Construction

The build is ours

It is not passed to a contractor who was never in the meetings. We work in phases, with the budget in front of you and the dates agreed.

216° to 288° · Finishes

Chosen for the whole house

The project is chosen in detail, room by room, over a few sessions, so everything turns out the way you want. Each material is chosen for the use it will get and for how long it lasts.

The key, and nothing left to do

You get the house clean and working, with the touch-ups done. If something comes up later, you know who to call, because it is still us.

03 · Behind the finish

What happens between the drawing and the key

Renovations slip in the same place almost every time. Between the drawing and the site, when every trade answers for its own piece and nobody answers for the whole. Here it is the same team on both sides. We choose the materials one by one and we are there on the last day.

Your turn

Tell us what you are working with

A house in Lisbon, an apartment on the coast, a renovation that stalled halfway. We will pick it up.

04 · Before you commit

You do not need to have it all worked out

01

The first conversation

Tell us what you have and what you want to do with it. At the atelier or on the phone, whichever is more convenient for you.

02

The proposal

You get one document with the scope, the phases and the budget. In numbers, not in vague ranges.

03

The contract

Once it is signed we set the start date, and you get one person on our team as your single point of contact.

05 · Good to know

Questions we hear before we start

What does a turnkey project include?

Architecture, interior design, construction and site management, with the same team and under one contract. The house is handed over finished and ready to move in, with the touch-ups done.

Do you build from scratch or only renovate?

Both. Project 360 covers full renovations of houses and apartments, and building from zero. We work in Lisbon, along the Cascais and Estoril coast, and in London.

How long does a full renovation take?

Each house has its own timetable. What we commit to is written: the proposal sets the phases and the dates, and the team that set them is the one that keeps them.

How much does a turnkey renovation cost?

No price per square meter means much before we see the house. After the first conversation you receive a budget in plain numbers, closed for your project, without vague ranges.
